CHRISTIAN MAAS
Founder and CEO of FAT.X

Christian has a wealth of experience in the planning and execution of large-scale urban projects across Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Having worked as a Senior Designer with leading architectural practices in the US, China, and Australia, he has gained a diverse and comprehensive understanding of the complexities of global design and development.
As the visionary behind FAT.X, Chris plays a pivotal role in ensuring that everything aligns seamlessly with the original vision of the FAT.X's - FAshion Talents Xchange program. His meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach make him the driving force behind bringing the concept to life, ensuring that every aspect stays true to its initial intent.

Robert's culinary journey began at prestigious Michelin Star restaurants in Paris and London, where he refined his skills before earning his own Michelin Star in 2016 at the Remise in Bonn, Germany.
His creativity and expertise are invaluable assets to the team. Robert is responsible for crafting the culinary concept, ensuring a unique and memorable dining experience. Additionally, he oversees the management of the VIP area, where his attention to detail and passion for excellence will create an exceptional atmosphere for guests.

Founder of Neo.Fashion. in 2016, Jens has transformed it from a graduate show into one of Berlin Fashion Week’s most important platforms for emerging design talent. As CEO, he curates and drives the initiative’s vision, fostering sustainability, diversity, and digital innovation. With decades of experience as an event manager and agency head, Jens has built Neo.Fashion. into an international network and a year-round creative hub for young designers.
CLAUDIA LUETTRINGHAUS
Head of Consular Services, German Consulate Brisbane

Claudia has served as Head of Consular Service at the German Consulate in Brisbane since 2010 and continues in this role today, supporting the Honorary Consul and facilitating German consular outreach across Queensland. She plays a key role in organising events, most notably co-leading Brisbane German Week-a nine-day showcase of Germany’s educational, scientific, economic, political, and cultural ties. Claudia also engages actively with the German-Australian community through cultural and diplomatic programming, including local festivals and film initiatives.

Senior Art Director, Marketing Expert

Kory McAvoy is one of Brisbane’s leading marketing professionals, with over 120 BACD industry awards recognising her outstanding creative and strategic work. She has also received an Australian Effie, three AMI Queensland Awards, and international W³ Awards for digital excellence. Her advisory role with FAT.X ensures the program benefits from sharp marketing insight and award-winning expertise, positioning it strongly with partners, media, and the wider public.

Art Director Neo.Fashion

With 20+ years in luxury fashion, Elke has directed visual concepts and shows for brands including Jil Sander, Prada, and Wolford. As Art Director of Neo.Fashion. since 2021, she shapes the platform’s unique aesthetic. At Studio 5 Berlin, she leads projects spanning fashion shows, visual merchandising, and moving image production. With a background in classical dance, she combines discipline, artistry, and humor in every project.
